week 1 self portraits - 52 weeks

day 1 of 365 project
week 1 of 52 weeks self portraits. I'm pretty nervous about the self portriats. I do much better behind the camera than in front of it. I will learn to be in front as it will make me better behind. I will get comfortable with this.
this is also serving the dual purpose of tracking my fitness goals. By Jan 1 2013 I plan to have some smoking hot self portriats to post.

Lift out something & ask for help 5. look ahead - how do I want to carry on (today - the rest of my life what / who do I want to be master of my life? what are my core values? )
