these two ladies did a samba demo - very impressinve. i have trouble with the samba - cann't seem to get the foot movement down - but they did it in high heels and head dress.

saturday master class - sat and sunday training. i was tehre as a student so i didn't bring the good camera. I'm sure there's a better picture of this probably 15 or so because every girl has a camera in her purse these days with them being so small...

I'm not sure if they were advertising the shoes or the phone. the hair net really confused me though.
After taking two pictures of this girl - I realized she ewas posing for this guy that it was an actual professional shoot of some sort - not just a fashionista at the market. You might say the heels would be a give-away - but i've seen girls in spikey heels at teh market - and the hair net really threw me off. Anyhow I prefer this slanted version over the properly straight version.

these little girls were soooo cute. they bothhad sandals that sqeak - so they were runnign around squeeking them like a puppy toy- ok clearlly a good idea when you take the kids out where there is a crowd (easy to keep track of them) but not such a good idea for every day use (would tend to drive the adults insane)

I pulled into the drive and this little guy was just sitting, unpreturbed by my movement and noise. At fist I only had the pocket cam but came back out w/ the nikon and he was still there. not sure what he is but the fuzzy eyebrows and long beak attracted me.

some days there is nothing interesting to photograph -or i am tired. I almost forgot ....reason number 371 to be thankful for puppies. puppies alwasy make a good photographic subject. don't anyone correct me and tell me my dog is not a puppy - if you met her you would know why she is still a puppy to me.

Usually I 'm shy about photographing people - but this cute kiddo was sitting on the flowers watching the silver statue girl - I snapped him while everyone else was snapping the girl. Wasn't he sweet to smile for me?

june 20 photo im embarrased to blog this. after wrok there was a little market by the coffee shop iwas not feeling enthusiasitc about my photo project only having the digital elph - i just clicked iwhtout thinking about composition just to get a photo for the day.
